The latest issue is themed "This Is My Job." It would be wonderful to say that with confidence, but honestly, I’m not sure what criteria to use when choosing a career—likes versus dislikes, strengths versus weaknesses, or what suits me versus what doesn't. Work is a means of earning an income, certainly, but it’s about more than just money. Yet, the honest truth is that a sense of fulfillment alone isn't always enough. There is no single right answer, so we naturally waver and agonize over the choice. So, what should we do? To start, let’s listen to the stories of the 48 people featured in this issue; they might just provide the spark needed to approach work with a positive mindset. After all, there is surely happiness to be found in starting more of our days feeling eager and ready to dive into the work ahead.
